SOFIA Richie has revealed she suffers “severe panic attacks” as the Kourtney Kardashian feud rumors rage on.
The model, 21, opened up about how her anxiety is triggered by every day situations.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan, she said, “It was zero-to-a-hundred panic attacks,” brought on by “stupid things, like not having a water bottle in the car or getting stuck in traffic.”
Sofia said when she went to the doctors, every one tried to give her prescription drugs, which she refused to take.
She continued: “I read a lot of books, and once I figured out what I was doing to myself, I learned how to control it.
“I would convince myself that I was panicking or that I wasn’t comfortable, and once I realized that I was doing that to myself and nothing was actually wrong with me, I was totally fine.”
This comes as rumours of her feud with her current boyfriend Scott Disick‘s, 36, ex Kourtney Kardashian continue.
The model reportedly stood up to Kourtney following years of “bullying.”
According to RadarOnline.com, Sofia is making it known she’s had enough of Kourtney’s attitude.
An insider revealed: “Sofia has literally spent years biting her lip and dealing with all of Kourt’s attitude, but now she’s totally done with it.
“She’s taking the initiative and making it known that she won’t be bullied or talked down to anymore.”
Sofia has since unfollowed Kourtney from Instagram and quit Keeping Up With The Kardashians to focus on her acting career.
The source added: “Scott is right in the middle of it all, but he’s actually impressed with Sofia’s hardheaded new approach.
“He told her to play nice and got her to follow Kourt again [on social media] after she made a statement by deleting her.”

Meanwhile, Scott started dating Sofia in September 2017.
